MUD (MUD)

It's about getting the benefit of the minerals in the hot mud. It can be applied with a bath, body mask or mud packs. We use compresses applied directly to the body over a  hot bag preheated to 45 C.
The treatment lasts about 20 min., In which heat penetrates deep into the tissues, constantly keeping them warm.
